hey there, downward pointing leafs is due to water mold probably from overwatering. See this happens when you dont follow a strict wet dry cycle. You know it's overwatering based on the puffy space between the veins of the leafs. To fix this you need to follow a strict wet dry cycle and break down the problem roots with a chelation agent for example enzymes, humic acid or beneficial bacteria.
