Netting has been added to the tent and plants are evenly spaced to give each branch its own hole. New #3 obviously has some time to grow into the net. I may put something underneath to raise it up a bit but I prefer to have the shortest in the middle cause the light has a big hot spot right in the middle.
Did a round of super cropping on New #1 and twice on New #2 to get them to the same canopy level. New #2 is already outpacing #1, definitely more stretch.
First round of defoliation has been done to lollipop the plants just below netting level. Another round of defoliation is planned in a week or two to clean up all the larger leaves, opening room for light to get down to bud sites.

Are these pollen sacks or just swollen calyx?
Two out of my three seeds are showing the exact same balls growing in the nodes.
Third seed has abnormal growth patterns but no balls showing up.

Was looking for a new mother and right before going to flower I took clones. On the third week of flower both plants went hermi. Is there any point of trying the clones again or is the line now compromised and I should start with new seeds? Don't want to waste time. Thanks

Anyone have any information about this leaf mutation? The leaves seem to overlap under each other.
Not environmental issue, clones exhibit the same growth pattern.
Besides the strange leaves and complete lack of stretch, the bud formation is looking really nice

Hey there Myk, looks like the symptoms of overwatering that is puffy space between the veins of the leaves as well as wrinkled space between the veins of the leaves, nothing crazy but it does make a difference as you can see. Just try to follow a stricter wet dry cycle and you'll see the plant recover almost immediately. I'm noticing something else though : you're showing signs of N excess as you can see from the shiny dark green sugar leaves. Right now you're feeding an even keeled NPK444 where you should be more like NPK244 . Does that make sense? Hope this helps ! 🚀

@Ferenc, thanks! I'm pretty impressed with this plant so far. It down right reeks compared to my GG I was running for the past 8 months lol.
I have a 4 week old clone and a 2 week old clone of it in the tent also that are looking promising. They are looking much better after adjusting the nitrogen a bit. I'm no longer getting the thick dark green leaves. Even the clones are showing almost no stretch though. It is pretty nice not having to fight with trying not to burn the tops any longer with the limited vertical space. 6.5 foot tent is too short haha

@CRiSPrGrow, thanks for the suggestion. I've just put two clones of this one into the flower tent and I'll do some experimenting with the nitrogen to find the sweet spot. I'll run some watering experiments too and see if I can correct the leaves. I've been watering no different then any other grows but maybe I got an extra finicky plant lol.
I've popped my last seed of The New and going to start a new journal this week. Will take these into consideration with that run. It's previous siblings didn't show the same shiny leaf nitrogen symptoms when watered on the same program ... they did both go hermi though. Hopefully I get one proper growing seed out of the pack for a mother lol.

Triple check for light leaks pal or a more safer option is to replace your normal light in that room to a green bulb so if any light is getting in it cannot hurt your ladies.

@TheUk420Show, thanks for the suggestion. I have the tent positioned in a way that there should be minimal light coming into the passive intake screens from the hall way but far from perfect. Ordered some light baffles that will replace the tent's intakes. That'll keep light out of the intake so hopefully that helps in the future.
There was one plant that is doing great in there though. Seems about a week behind the other two I killed but no signs of hermaphradism. I just hope the other ones didn't pollinate it. Was very careful cutting the other two down.
