Bro science mate, no real proof it does any good. I chop after 12 hr night time, just as lights come on. I know there's a lot of waffle about lights out for extended periods before chop but unless someone can show me some scientific, undeniable proof that it works, I'll stick to what I know. Side by side grows can't prove this method has any benefit, ya know. Sorry for goin on lol

During my last 2 plant grow I did 24 hours of dark with one and not the other.( both plants were the same strain ) I think the “dark” plant is a nicer smoke but that could be physiological or coincidental given how many factors are involved. I won’t hurt if you try it, so why not 👍🏻
