Do not change containers with a auto unless you have to it's usually recommended that you start an automatic in the pot it will finish in as transplanting my adversely effect the plant and every mistake with autos can reduce yields in the end since they have very limited time in veg. Now as far as your seedling is concerned it looks perfectly inside the normal range for what a new seedling looks like. don't water untill it perks up and the soil within three inches of the stem is dry to your first knuckle then only water an area of soil slightly larger then the area you leaves would cover this will help to keep from over watering until it fills the pot. You doing great! The only two tips I can give you is, the folding of the leaves are probably from heat stress; and raise the soil level closer to the top if you can, they still don´t have many roots and later on it will be really helpful, those pot walls can be quite stressfull later on. Keep it up!

Have a tip for you buddy raise the soil level so there is not so much stem uncovered, more roots will pop trough the stem and it will support better to. Don't panic it looks alright to me that light colour is normal it's just new growth. If you need help just ask me if I can't help you I will try my best to find a answer for you. Good luck buddy 👍
