Not long now ppm down to 800 so next few days I will start to put them in dark and then chop to hang to dry. Keep your eyes peeled next few days for final results ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐

Take a base reading when you start then see how far it goes down , 2 weeks of water will give you nice taste
