I agree with GMSlave , it's both pH and nutrient burn due to the high level of Rhizotonic which is too strong as well as raises the pH very much, so it goes in the soil and causes fluctuations. At this stage , you're better off making a spray with the rhiz 1-2ml/L spray twice to six times a day, this brings the auxin (growth hormone) direct to the plant. reduce feeding as much as possible and make sure you have plenty of run off if you're not in soil. You fimmed the fim job. You have done nothing but cut a few of the tips of the emerging fan leaves. In short, you missed totally. You did not top, nor fim, I'd guess you were just being gentle and too careful? In my opinion, I do neither. Multiple tops is achieved via numerous methods as well as leaving the plant to her own devices but I find the best method is simple LST without having to chop nothing. Good luck.

What's your runoff ph at, looks like ph issue to me. Was your coco buffered properly?

your plant is fine, the leaf has had a distortion or cut in its growth just take it off stalk n all =)
