Liberty Haze in Scrog under Led

I've started with 4 seeds in soil. After 3 days 3 of them they germinated. The slow one came 1 day later. The grow area is aprox 0,6m². The lights are Viparspectra's 450w led (2 pieces). 1 Viparspectra draws 200watt true power so there's 400watt shining on the plants. That's with veg+bloom switch on. The first 3 weeks of vegstage only the veg switch was flipped on. Then I gave them 4 weeks with both switches flipped on. So the first 3 weeks they've got around 200 watt and from then on 400 watt. You'll notice that I use very small doses of fertilizer & additives. Also the EC is low because I use rainwater(EC of 0,1) & soil that's fertilized for 6 weeks. Once into flower I'll slowly rise the EC, week by week.
