Hi there, Seedlings are always stretched about 1~2inches in their first few days regardless of light and light distance.After that they stop stretching and beccome normal.If they are continue stretching (mostly between nodes)you need to consider to lower down your light.I am always a fan of using low watts CFL or LED for young seedling.You can get your light near the seedling without harming them and they will never stretch under those lights.Happy growing... ✌️

Hey there friend, I see that the leaves are also curling upwards on the sides, yes? Usually this is due to, under watering/overwatering, extremely low/extremely high humidity, or other issues with roots. 45% humidity is a little low but not bad for this stage in veg, typically you want around 55%avg or slightly higher during veg. Leaves that are aging will fade to lighter shades of green, not develop spots or other isolated discoloured patches. As your plant is so close to harvest, I would not worry about anything, especially not applying some sort of "remedy", natural or not, seeing as how you shall be enjoying the "fruits of your labour" soon. hope this helps,..
