around the 2nd week you could start using nutrients at low dosages. earlier than that maybe some root stimulators and similar products. is the max light a nutrient? if so please post a link, if you are asking how much light can she take at this point, probably around 150-200 PAR. good luck and stay lit growmie.

My auto kali mist is 19 days old and reached only 12 cm. It is under 12/12 light schedule ( sharing space with photo flowers ) I have not given here any nutrients yet. Is this normal for these conditions? Thx

Yes. You can grow them under 12/12 from seed, its gonna be smaller but it doesn't really matter because you are taking advantage of the gaps without plants that are just a waste of light. Autoflowers will flower under 12/12 without issues, they will also flower basically under any other light schedule, if it doesn't then it isn't an auto, and don't switch from 16/8 to 12/12 unless you already got other photos nearby that need that light schedule switch, but other than that there's no benefit in reducing the light of an auto like if it was a photodependent strain. If an autoflower does not flower, you must switch her to 12/12, if you have her under 12/12 already then you have a 99,99% that she will flower at some point, some autos start flower at 3rd week, others at 6th, you just never know for sure untill ur growing it. Stay lit growmie.

Hi! My first approach would be to check your pH - of both the feed solution and the runoff. It’s best to collect runoff directly after feeding so you can get the most accurate sample. You don’t necessarily have a “deficiency” of any particular nutrients just because you aren’t doing enough of that nutrient. I find that often, the improper pH level of the nutrient solution can be the culprit, because every nutrient has an optimum range at which the plant consumes it. If your runoff pH is very high, (7.5+) you might require more frequent feeds, with the same dosage of nutrients as before. PH is also best measured together with EC (electro-conductivity). The EC also has an optimal range: for example, during flowering, it can be around 1.9-2.1. When the EC measures higher than expected, this could be for a few reasons; but it ultimately means that there is a buildup of nutrient salts in the growing medium that can also limit the plant’s ability to consume all of the nutrients properly. Hope this helps.. Good luck!
