The plants begin to show signs of lack of some nutrient, and I can't identify what it will be ... the leaves are gradually starting to turn yellow ... will it be lack of cal-mag? Or other nutrient? Can anyone help me? Please!!

Yes, I agree with gmslave, looks like a nitrogen deficiency to me. Try increasing your Bio-grow for a couple of feedings, this should help.
