This week I started watering 500ml of 6.5 pH'd dechlorinated water every 3 days. On Day 17 I added roughly 0.2ml of Biobizz Fix Mix to the water. Most of it was watered in the soil and a small amount sprayed over her. From now on I'm going to give Fish Mix every watering during veg and will increase the dose as needed. She's started leaning slightly on Day 18 so I'm going to add a garden tie to give her some support. I noticed that Biobizz suggest that 6.2-6.3 is the optimal pH, and my water has been pH'd slightly higher than this. I'm using all Biobizz products so will take their advice and aim for their optimal next watering.

Please can you help identify the cause of upper leaves and new leaf growth having yellow tips with brown spots? Picture 'Day 38 #2' shows what I'm referring to, and the Week 5 comment has some information which might help in the diagnosis. Thanks!

Hi buddy.... unluckily leaf septoria, also known as leaf septoria, or "yellow spots on the leaves", is a plant disease caused by a certain fungus called septoria lycopersici. This fungus typically winters on dead leaves or common garden weed. Mushroom spores can also settle on gardening tools such as posts and nets, and if conditions are favorable, they begin to develop. Septoria can be extremely harmful to plants. It can cause severe leaf damage and impair the growth of various plant species, including tomatoes, parsley, and of course cannabis as well. As the name suggests, leaf septoria is characterized by brown and yellow spots that develop on the front and back of the leaf. The spots are mostly round in shape, with light or dark brown edges, and more gray in the center. Typically, each spot has dimensions from 1.5 to 6.5mm. Septoria usually affects plants that are just starting their flowering phase. The disease initially appears on the lower located leaves. As the infection spreads, the spots also develop on the top of the plant, involving numerous leaves. Diseased leaves usually turn yellow, then brown, and eventually wither completely. Leaf septoria usually does not spread to fruit. In the case of cannabis, the flowers are not infected. If not taken promptly, the disease can destroy a large number of leaves. This causes severe stress in the plant, and often a disruption of development. As a result, the harvest will be drastically reduced. The risk of leaf septoria is particularly high in areas where the climatic conditions are very humid for long periods. Good luck with your grow mate!!💪🙏

How to know when to stop feeding nutrients and start either a passive or active flush? The breeder posts this strain as 8-9 weeks from seed to completion. So going by that I should start now. But what are indicators to start a pre harvest flush?

You still have 3-5 weeks of flowering to go, so keep feeding until about 90-95% of pistils are brown, then give plain water for the last 7-10 days before harvest at around 98% brown pistils. At this stage your plant still needs good nutrition for proper flower growth. Whatever they say on the packets/web site regarding maturation times is generally BS and based (probably) on max hydro and max HID lights and has very little to do with reality and an average home cultivator using (usually) a cheap LED light and growing in a cupboard/tent. Hope this helps,............ Organoman.

I checked the strain, it says 8-9 from seed to harvest indeed, but that's bullshits, 8-9 weeks from flowering to harvest maybe according to your pictures... So my opinion is you should wait until the start of week 10-11 to flush and then harvest around week 12,you'll need a microscope at least x60 zoom if toy want to see the trichomes, it's not necessary but it's helpful

Indications I use to start flush is when mass trichromes are just starting to get cloudy. For me it's been around week 10 or 11 on autos. Then 2 to 3 weeks just ph water. 48 hours darkness prior to cutting. Exact cut time i determine as fade goes. Hope this helps and good luck. You look like you have some time to feed still. Budding strong from picture
