@xbabybitchx, how long you keep you plants in veg would depend on,of course your strain , aside from that you want to veg to your grow room size . Remember with sexing , from my experience, it is pretttty easy to see the difference between male and female cannabis plants . Just always remember to put a garbage bag around the male plant before you take it down or you will pollinate... everything, trust me speaking from experience it's not fun . Also the sacks arent gonna show up and pop in 2 hours or even 2 days . As long as your checking you grow room each day you will be fine ! Longer veg bigger plants for a bigger room , shorter veg for smaller plants for a smaller room . Hope this helps ?
