Cinderella XX

Prior to this grow, I'd heard about Cinderella XX being referred to as a "Grail Strain". The words conjure an image of perfection or near-perfection. While I cannot say that Cinderella XX is hands-down the absolute best strain I've had the pleasure of experiencing, it's status as a Grail Strain is utterly unassailable. Growing Cindy is an absolute pleasure. Resistant to disease and hungry for nutrients, she grows with vigor. As for her appearance, Cinderella is as captivating as her namesake. She displays a cornucopia of colors, manifesting in structure as a taller-than-average bush. Her physiology reflects a high calyx-to-leaf ratio, which results in the formation of massive colas as her flowering cycle continues. Expect Cindy to exude pleasant odors of tropical fruits, including pineapple and passionfruits... mixed with a alluring cannabis-specific odor of gasoline. When smoked, Cinderella's experience will satisfy both the novice and seasoned veteran. After processing through a grinder, her shreds are colored with shades of blue, green, orange, and purple. An unmistakable scent of pineapple wafts through the air. Upon ignition, her pineapple and passionfruit flavors will immediately hit your palate. The draw is smooth, and delicious, beyond belief. The onset of her high is smooth and results in a relaxed, euphoric state that lends itself favorably towards social engagements and perhaps even light physical activities. And while the user's experiential plateau will arrive rather quickly, the high does not feel overpowering (though I'd imagine it's possible if one were to overdo it) and will last for between 2-3 hours. For the record, I do not liberally award 10-Star ratings. Most weed smells good enough and will probably get you high. With this having been said, it's rare for the entirety of one's smoking experience to be nearly flawless. Accordingly, Cindy has earned a perfect score. Hats off to Brothers Grimm on creating this masterpiece!

She grew very large and strong. The buds were so heavy they broke several branches. You definitely need a trellis net with training. The buds are very dense and you have to watch you RH closely to prevent bud rot, which I found luckily only one cola with due to my forgetfulness of emptying out the dehumidifier.

The grow was very smooth and she is a very hungry plant! I feed heavily and seemed to want more. She definitely has some dative traits. The buds got so swole that she was bending and breaking branches. You definitely need a trellis net and lots of training to get maximum yields. I grew this strain before and is one of my favorite strains.

UPDATE june 15. Durban Thai Cindy 99 When I smell her I can so easily imagine what its like to sniff petrol. She has a very intense diesel/pine smell. You might recoil. Its pleasant though. A bit medicinal. Very trippy effects, Energizing. good for the evening as well as the day. Good with a view. Strong strong effects. Update May 28. Vaping May 2 harvest after 5 days of drying. Mason-jarred at 64%. RH holding at 64% 3 weeks later. My version of dankness. I think Cindy showed me what psychedelics mean with pot. You think you are totally lucid even when completely bent. 😳 One of the nicest plants I have grown so far. Great structure and calyx to leaf ratio. Both Cindy and DTCindy frost up nicely. The stone is intense, creative, and mind-bending. This run, while not impressive for reasons previously discussed, produced results of a higher quality than the last run. A good strain for the experienced user as the ceiling is not that evident. You can enjoy getting higher and higher until at some point you just fall over. I would grow these strains again and probably will. Lots of notable breeders have used Cindy for breeding. If you are keen to try your hand, this is the strain to use.
