Granddaddy Purple Bag Seed

Took some more pics of the internodes of the different plants. Im still seeing a significant difference in the shape of the small organ I'm seeing between two of the plants and the other. Still no hairs from any of them so i want to wait a little longer before taking any of them out of the tent just to be sure I don't kill a girl. Im using AG Triple Action Neem Oil to treat my "spider mites" and Ive been spraying them every 4 days.I have a sprayer bottle that I am using to apply the neem but its only a hand sprayer and it makes it difficult to apply the neem over the whole plant including undersides so Im having to spray them with more than I would like and the leaves seem heavy and weighed down.. I am planning on getting a pump sprayer with a wand so that I can keep applying neem as evenly and thoroughly as possible without giving them too much. I haven't seen any change in the mites except for them being slowed down a little. Immediately after applying neem first thing in the morning they seem incapacitated but by the end of the day they are back in full force, not sure if I'm using the wrong product for this or if they aren't spider mites but I am going to keep treating them and see if maybe I just need to be more diligent about applying neem.
